Allan Jack – VLV Trustee

Allan Jack joined BBC Radio Scotland when it launched in 1978, working in news including in local radio in Shetland and Aberdeen, and then in educational broadcasting and general programming. He worked in BBC strategy and governance in London and joined the staff of the BBC Trust on its inception in 2007, supporting the Audience Council Scotland in its role of audience engagement and scrutiny of BBC performance from the perspective of licence payers. He was latterly a policy officer for TV and film with the Scottish Government.
