Helen Jay is a specialist in public policy advice, analysis
and research, for and about media, tech and the creative industries. She
has an extensive track record in developing and executing public policy, public
affairs, regulatory and corporate communications strategies, particularly on
public service media issues, as well as experience working in industry, public
sector, trade associations and charities. Helen is also a lecturer on
technology and communications policy and an AHRC-funded PhD researcher in media
and communications at the University of Westminster. Prior to this she worked
in the media industry for 15 years including as Head of Policy and Corporate
Affairs at Channel 4.
